What to eat

In Portugal there is a variety of nice restaurants that serve delicious and traditional dishes.
Below, there is a list of places where you can appreciate marlvelous meals when visiting Portugal.

Delicacies:
Enchidos regionais: Variety of regional sausages: paios, morcelas, farinheiras and chouriços.
Made of pork steak, red pepper paste, salt and wine.

Sopa Rica de Peixa com Coentro: made of fish from the Tejo's river (black bass), grouper, redfish, hake, potatoes, carrot, onion, garlic, olive oil, coriander and bread.

Bacalhau na Brôa: made of cod loin, salted ham, garlic, laurel and olive oil. It is served with roast potatoes and migas made of cabbage and maize bread.

Fatias de Tomar: Traditional sweet from Tomar, made of yolks, flour, sugar and water. It is served with a delicious melted sugar.

Sericaia com Ameixas de Elvas: made of milk, flour, eggs, sugar and cinnamon stick and lemon peel. Sprinkled with cinnamon and served with plums and their syrup.

Cascata has a variety of wines, for example, Casa de Santar, Quinta do Vale Meão, Tapada de Coelheiros, Vinha d'Ervideira among others.
